The DLF CARES Education Support Programme is a flagship initiative of the DLF QEC Education Charitable Trust to provide access to quality education (School & Higher Education) to students across India from underprivileged families and to children with Special Needs. The Programme focuses on offering Academic Support, Career guidance, Devices, Gadgets, and Infrastructure along with other interventions essential for holistic development.
It also lays emphasis on teacher training, and assessment of teachers, empowering them to deliver quality education as per the National Education Policy.
These efforts will foster an inclusive and holistic educational experience for all.

DLF CARES is an integral part of the DLF Foundation, which has been supporting thousands of scholars from the economically weaker sections for over a decade. The program provides holistic education that nurtures students from school to higher education to livelihood opportunities across India.
We fund education, mentor and guide our scholars towards meaningful careers through digital learning, life skills and remediation.
We provide teacher enrichment training programs to our partner schools along with helping children with disabilities.
We continue to nurture dreams, foster innovation and create opportunities for our scholars for a brighter tomorrow.

Quality Education
To make a meaningful difference to the lives of students by giving them access to quality education through financial support and laying emphasis on learning to know ,learning to do and learning to live together.
Reducing Learning Gap through Assessments & Interventions
Training of DLF CARES Counsellors, Remedial Teachers and Partner School Teachers on assessing gaps through the individual and group test reports and intervention planning for academic achievements/growth.
Remedial Learning
Quite literally, to ‘remedy’ means to heal or to fix. Similarly, In DLF CARES we provide remedial education to the disadvantaged or children with special needs achieve the level of competency that is expected of them at their age. In layman’s terms, Remedial Education is a way to bridge the gap between such children and their peers.
Psychometric Assessments & Career Counselling for student of 10th ,11th and 12th
One on One Career Counselling and Group Counselling through specialized agencies on quarterly basis help students in identifying and selecting career streams and courses as per their aptitude and interest.
Guidance & Support for Competitive Exams
Workshops and webinars prepare students from their journey from school to college by informing and preparing them about entrance exams, admission process of colleges and documentation required, fee structure, scholarship assistance etc. Students who performed in the excellent category in the Competitive exams are now being awarded with additional coaching support for JEE & NEET.
Webinars and Workshops
Monthly workshops at the Partner Schools and Webinars for Non-Partner School students and Teachers are being conducted addressing various life skills, soft skills, moral & value education, experiential learning, employability skills, digital skills etc. Experienced faculty based on the topic are hired facilitate these workshops.
2011
DLF Raghavendra Scholarship was established to aid underprivileged and meritorious students. They are placed in private budget schools selected for their strong infrastructure and academic quality.
2012
DLF CARES Talent Nurturing Programme became holistic, encompassing scholars in non-academic areas including sports, music, art, and craft. The programme also supported outreach initiatives in professional courses like medicine, engineering, management, and technology.
2013
DLF Scholars clinched gold medals at the Asia Pacific Games in Australia. Among the 564 children supported by the DLF CARES Nurturing Talent Programme, some were intellectually challenged youth. The DLF Foundation partnered with Special Olympics Bharat-Delhi to help fulfil the dreams of our special needs students.
2014
The annual Scholar Conclave was held, providing a unique opportunity to students for showcasing their talents and share their journeys. 800 scholars, their parents, principals, and teachers participated, along with DLF volunteers.
